Joan D’Arc

Part of the Piety & Talisman collection, the artist created a locket depicting Joan D’Arc in a salute to strength and leadership. The Joan of Arc emblem is from a shop in Montmartre in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, and it’s full of symbols associated with the saint: lilies, her shield with fleur-de-lis, armor, and a Christian crusade banner. The medallion is mounted on an oval mother of pearl gemstone, and is framed in vintage red Swarovski crystals. The rosary chain is made of more mother of pearl gemstone links.
